  • April 1 – Facilitator Registration Begins

Note! If a class has FULL listed next to the course, it is no longer accepting students on the waitlist. If your student is on a WAITLIST, you will be contacted when/if an opening becomes available.

Enrollment Guidelines

We are excited that you are joining us at Capital Christian Homeschool! To help this process run smoothly, please read and follow the guidelines below when registering.

Student Grades and Ages

Due to limited class capacity and wanting to make room for all our returning families, please enroll your students in the classes that match the ages and grades listed on the class registration form.

Participation

Healthy, consistent participation is key to all our classes at CCH.

Please enroll in only the number of courses you are confident that you can do the work for outside of class and can attend faithfully on Community Days.

If you have had any of the following occur while participating in homeschool classes, we ask that you wait at least 2 years before registering for classes at CCH:

  • Missed 1/4 of the scheduled classes (4 or more at CCH)
  • Dropped out of classes mid-year
  • Received disciplinary action requiring leadership intervention

After two years, admission at CCH will be given on a case-by-case basis.

Nursery Limited to 2 Periods for Assistants

Because a full community day can be a lot for young children, assistants with nursery-aged children (ages 0-3) may enroll their babies/toddlers in up to 2 periods.

New Families

Families new to collaborative homeschool classes are encouraged to enroll in 1 or 2 periods their first year. We welcome new families to join us for lunch, as it helps them build friendships.

Submit Deposit

Registration is not complete (and students’ seats are not secured) until the $100 non-refundable deposit is received.
