Set Up (8:45-9:05)

All families with students in 5th grade and above are required to help with a setup, cleanup, or gym assistant task. Board members and their children often assist with both setup and cleanup, and greatly appreciate members joyfully helping in their assigned areas – many hands make light work!

If you attend the first period, you will likely be assigned a setup task, so please arrive by 8:45 AM to help prepare the church for our community day.

Clean Up (3:15-3:30)

At the end of the day, students in the 5th grade and up, and their parents who attend the fourth period, are assigned cleanup tasks to complete before leaving the facility. This cleanup teamwork will allow us to leave the building better than we found it.
